The Bite Suit. One of the game changing developments in anti-poaching in Southern Africa has been the use of free running dogs with GPS collars. An essential piece of equipment for training the dogs is a “Bite Suit” to protect the team when they are pretending to be poachers.

 

Working with the Southern African Wildlife College, we have provided funding for the purchase of a new suit to facilitate the training of more dogs which can then be sent to other parks and reserves to enhance their anti-poaching capabilities.
